Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your item (you can choose the timeframe based on your store policy).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items such as used, opened, or damaged products caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need an exchange, contact us within the return period.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards or digital products

5. Return Shipping
