1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Local (South Africa): 2–7 business days
- Remote areas: 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or external factors.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within South Africa (and optionally internationally if you want to expand later). If international shipping is available, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing an order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order details and photos (if damaged)
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
